According to blockchain security firm PeakShield in this attack, the platform has lost around $183k in digital assets, yet the platform assured its users that the internal funds are safe and secure.
In the past few quarters, malicious actors have continued to trouble memecoins projects, earlier this month a known memecoin launchpad was breached for a loss of $2.2 million.
Breach fails to affect its trading price
According to the data from CoinMarketCap, despite a loss of $183k, the prices of Four(dot)Meme remained unaffected and when writing it was trading at $0.004583 with an intraday growth of 4.96 percent.

Memecoin market on boom might surpass $300 billion soon
Top memecoins like Dogecoin (DOGE), Dogwifhat (WIF), and Shiba Inu (SHIB) are driving the majority of the recent boom in the memecoin market.
The entire memecoin market was worth $72.55 billion at the time of writing, up 3.97 percent, and the trading volume was $7.86 billion, down 15 percent.
Among the prominent memecoins driving the market’s expansion are Bonk (BONK), Trump (TRUMP), and Pepe (PEPE). The rise in popularity of cryptocurrencies, their rising adoption, and the community-driven nature of memecoins are some of the causes contributing to the memecoin market’s explosion.
More useful applications are being added to the ecosystems of some memecoins. Furthermore, memecoins like Dogecoin may become much more valuable and relevant if more platforms and shops start taking them as payment.
It’s also important to recognize the power of community; robust, committed communities, like Dogecoin’s “Doge Army” or Shiba Inu’s “Shib Army,” have demonstrated the ability to propel long-term acceptance and growth.
The top three coins now have over 15 million holders, which is only 3.85% of the critical mass required for a revolution. Memecoins can be purchased for as little as $1. Deeper problems in the cryptocurrency industry, including the exorbitant pricing of new altcoins, are the reason behind the rise of memecoins.
