Bitfinex Securities has listed five tokenized investment products linked to publicly traded Bitcoin treasury companies, giving eligible investors access to equity-backed digital securities through its regulated platform.
The products provide exposure to Strategy, Metaplanet, H100 Group and France-based Capital B, along with Strategyโs STRC preferred stock. The securities began trading on September 1 on the Liquid Network and can be traded against the US dollar, USDT and Bitcoin.
The five products were issued through Luxembourg-based ORO II, with the underlying securities held by regulated custodians. Four of the notes track common shares of Bitcoin treasury companies, while the fifth is linked to Strategyโs Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, known as STRC.
The products include the Strategy Note, Metaplanet Note, H100 Note and Capital B Note. The fifth product, STRCst, tracks the economic rights associated with Strategyโs preferred stock.
Bitfinex Securities said the listings represent the first time tokenized securities linked to Bitcoin treasury companies have been admitted for secondary trading on a regulated tokenized securities exchange.
The launch comes as companies holding Bitcoin as a major treasury asset have expanded their presence across global markets. Strategy remains the largest and most prominent corporate Bitcoin holder, while companies such as Metaplanet, H100 Group and Capital B have adopted similar treasury strategies.
The tokenized structure allows eligible investors to gain exposure to these companies through blockchain-based securities rather than directly purchasing their publicly traded shares. Some of the products also allow fractional exposure, with trading reportedly starting at approximately $1.
Bitfinex Securities has continued expanding its tokenized asset offering throughout 2026. The platform previously listed products including tokenized US Treasury bills, Bitcoin hashrate contracts and other financial instruments. Its total listed tokenized assets have now surpassed $500 million, according to the company.
However, access to the products is subject to eligibility and regulatory requirements. Bitfinex Securities requires users to complete securities verification before they can trade on the platform, with different entities operating under separate regulatory frameworks.
The latest listings add Bitcoin treasury equities to the growing range of traditional financial assets being represented on blockchain networks. The development also highlights the increasing convergence between digital assets, public markets and tokenized securities as financial platforms continue exploring blockchain-based trading infrastructure.
